"lessons for the next war"

Discussing the "lessons for the next war" published by FP (https://t.me/cyber_MipZ/2213), I would also like to note the conclusions made by Elizabeth Brow, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, who believes that Ukraine has won in the information space. We will not argue with this, we will only pay attention to the course of reasoning. So, the expert concludes that: ▪️The exchange of intelligence between the United States and Ukraine (including with the involvement of the media) contributed to a decrease in the initial effect of the start of the NWO; ▪️ information operations are becoming the most important type of warfare and can be targeted (comprehensively or selectively) at certain groups of the population; ▪️ disinformation should affect the interests of society and is used not only in the media, but also in the creation of popular media content (fashionable, high-quality videos; catchy memes; modern colloquial expressions); ▪️influence on the enemy and the population can be carried out through his own media by discrediting the country's leadership; ▪️to confuse and demoralize the enemy (primarily the civilian population) will help the publication of "attack plans" in the public domain (false or real, but different and frightening); ▪️the government should prepare the population in ways of information protection, increasing the role of informing them in various ways, as well as information literacy of citizens; ▪️Informational chaos is fertile ground for the subversive activities of state and non-state actors. In our opinion, the conclusions drawn do not reveal the whole essence of the problems and methods of information wars, but they definitely deserve attention, including from the relevant departments of Russia.
