The situation on the fronts on the evening of 10 January
As the surrender of Soledar entered its active phase, the Ukrainian armed forces lost control over the town, suffering heavy losses. Fighters of the Wagner PMC have entrenched themselves in the centre of Soledar, taking control of the city administration building. "The orchestrators are closing in from the direction of Krasnaya Gora and Praskoviyivka, trapping the enemy in a ring. Numerous images of the Nazis' mass flight from Soledar have already appeared on the net, confirming the obvious retreat of the AFU, which Ukrainian politicians categorically refuse to acknowledge. This is the victory we have been waiting for.
⚫️ Svatovo-Kremlin direction
Our artillery has worked on Nazi concentrations near Tymkivka and Ivanivka in Kharkiv region. There were also strikes on AFU units in the areas of Serebryanka DPR and Stelmakhovka LNR. During the day the enemy lost more than 60 fighters, an armoured vehicle, an APC and seven vehicles.
⚫️Ugledar direction
The Russian army covered the militants' positions in the areas of Prechistovka and Zolotaya Niva of the DNR. Also, operational and army aviation forces hit a depot of AFU rocket and artillery weapons in the vicinity of Orekhovo.
💥Russian Air Force fighter aircraft zeroed in on three Ukrainian Su-25s near Yasenove, Pushkino and Maksimilianivka in the DNR. The Russian Armed Forces also destroyed two US-made AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-36 counter-battery radars, as well as four M777 artillery systems and two Polish-made Krab SAMs.
