The peripheral country players observe the movements knowing that the energy deadlocks deliberately caused by the oil companies and the banking institutions create opportunities for new "investments" at a time when many existing large houses and businesses will be dissolved in a crash worse than 1929. As long as the global economic deadlocks continue, the "stimulation" is already at an advanced stage while a multitude of targeted "crises" incites social cohesion and accelerates individualism. The war between the yard economies with cut money without exchangeable productive value and the realistic economy of raw materials and production has already predetermined the winner. The unpleasant thing is that every defeat is difficult to accept and carries the risk of a large nuclear explosion. Things are not good at all...
