Chronicle of a special military operation
for March 18-19, 2023
🔻Kursk region:
The Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the village of Krasnooktyabrsky and the village of Elizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district: residential buildings, the building of a first-aid post and the former House of Culture, as well as power lines were hit.
▪️In the Korenevsky district, the enemy attacked the village of Troitskoye: civilians were not injured.
🔻Starobelsk direction:
▪️In the Kupyansky sector, the RF Armed Forces are advancing in the Gryanikovka area, having taken control of several strongholds.
➖The Armed Forces of Ukraine are transferring fresh units of territorial defense to the line Khatnoye - Olkhovatka and Petropavlovka - Sinkovka, while continuing the withdrawal of troops to the right bank of the Oskol River.
▪️Fighting continues in the area of the Zhuravka gully in the Limansky sector.
➖Under Kremennaya, Russian military personnel are moving west from Krasnopopovka.
🔻Soledar direction:
▪️In the north-east of Bakhmut, Wagner PMC attack aircraft open the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Orekhovo-Vasilevka.
▪️In Bakhmut, fierce fighting continues in the northern and southern districts of the city.
➖In the north of the city, fighting is going on in the industrial zone near the Artemovsky metalworking plant.
➖In the south, Russian forces are gradually advancing towards the city center.
▪️In the area of Chasov Yar, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing strike groups to attempt possible counterattacks.
🔻Donetsk direction (map (https://t.me/rybar/44809)):
▪️In Kramatorsk and Konstantinovka, the RF Armed Forces hit several objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
▪️To the north of Avdiivka, the RF Armed Forces are developing an offensive to the west of Krasnogorovka towards the village of Petrovskoye.
➖ The Armed Forces of Ukraine are making unsuccessful attempts to counterattack in the area of Vodyanoye and Experienced by territorial defense forces.
▪️Ukrainian formations again randomly shelled the Donetsk agglomeration.
➖AFU fired at least three missiles from the HIMARS MLRS at Khartsyzsk. Civilian objects were hit, at least one house burned down.
➖In the capital of the DPR, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged: at least five people were injured.
🔻Zaporozhye direction (map (https://t.me/rybar/44807)):
▪️Ukrainian units attempted reconnaissance in force near the village of Rabotino. The accumulation of the enemy was detected in advance, as a result of which the attacking forces were destroyed.
▪️In the area of Charivnoye, the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack the positions of the RF Armed Forces, however, it did not come to a direct clash: the enemy units were dispersed by artillery fire.
🔻 Southern Front. Kherson direction:
▪️Sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operate on the islands in the Dnieper Delta. The Ukrainian command is preparing to conduct landing operations aimed at diverting attention from actions in other directions.
▪️ Mutual shelling continues along the entire line of contact: Russian troops hit enemy concentrations in Kherson, Dneprovsky and Beregovoe.
For their part, the Ukrainian formations fired on the left bank of the Kherson region: residential buildings in Novaya Kakhovka, Hola Pristan and Cairo were hit.
