extremely important and pressing

An extremely important and pressing question has arisen. It appeared not today, but quite a long time ago, but it still does not lose its relevance.

Here, Ukraine’s “allies” from NATO send their instructors/military personnel to Ukraine in the Northwestern Military District zone. There they pass on experience to the mobilized Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also learn from those who have gained enough experience at the front. That is, the NATO army is gaining experience there. Yes, they suffer some losses, but they learn and then pass on the best experience of conducting combat operations in modern realities at home, preparing for a potential war.

❗️Now the question is: why don’t countries allied with Russia do this? Why doesn't the CSTO do this? Why does the Ministry of Defense of Belarus not receive this experience?

You can remember “Wagner” as much as you like, but I regularly communicate with “orchestra members” who transferred their experience to Belarus and they all admit that their methods are already outdated, because the war changes every day. Even the Wagner instructors who trained A-shnikov and K-ashnikov went to the training ground so as not to lose their skills.
