Hyderabad may be a wannabe Singapore, but for ages now, the roads have been bad turning to worse with the slightest hint of rain. Further, the downpour leads to more number of pot holes adding to the existing ones resulting in traffic jams even after the rain stops. The flyovers (like the Punjagutta one) has damaged parts that get further spoiled, and you see traffic stopping daily on an otherwise smooth stretch.

In Singapore, many landlords prefer leaving their units empty to renting to certain ethnic groups.

Owners of private residential properties routinely exclude individuals from tenancy based on ethnicity, even explicitly stating in advertisements that requirements are “no Indians/ PRC” (slang for People’s Republic of China) or “no Malay.”
