FYROM’s Foreign Ministry condemns the Albanian MP’s statements

FYROM’s Foreign Ministry has reacted against the MP from Albania, Mesila Doda, after her declaration that Macedonia doesn’t exist and that this country belongs to Albanians and its name is Ilirida.
“The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Macedonia condemns these insulting public statements from public figures in Albania, which relate to the functioning of the Republic of Macedonia. These irresponsible statements are not in line with the good neighboring relations and cooperation between the two countries”, the ministry says.
According to this ministry, the positioning of Mesila Doda’s MP is an individual positioning, but it calls on public figures not to incite tension in the region. /balkaneu.com/
