Chronicle of a special military operation for December 22, 2022 🔻Starobelsk direction: ▪️At the Kupyansko-Svatovsky sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing for the offensive of the RF Armed Forces at the turn of Dvurechnoye - Liman 1st. ➖Several units of the 32nd combined troop battalion were transferred to the crossing over the Oskol River. ▪️ Positional battles continue in the "grey zone" south of Dibrova in the Limansky sector. At the moment, none of the parties managed to gain a foothold in the vicinity of the settlement. 🔻Soledar direction: ▪️In Bakhmut (Artemovsk), the “Wagnerites” are advancing on Fyodor Maksimenko Street in the southern part of the city. The enemy plans to organize a counteroffensive in this area. ➖Detachments of PMC "Wagner" knocked out the fighters of the territorial defense from the eastern outskirts of Kleshcheevka. ➖Fighters of the 28th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to counterattack near Kurdyumovka, but fell into an ambush organized by the RF Armed Forces. With the support of the arrived reinforcements, the Ukrainian formations managed to break out of the encirclement at the cost of high losses. ▪️Several units of the 3rd battalion of the 25th air brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived in Soledar as part of the preparation of the counteroffensive on Bakhmutskoye. 🔻Donetsk direction: ▪️ Positional battles continue in the central part of Maryinka. ▪️Ukrainian forces once again fired at the Donetsk agglomeration: in the capital of the DPR, a cafe where Dmitry Rogozin celebrated his birthday came under attack. 🔻Southern Front: Kherson direction ▪️In the Kakhovka district, Ukrainian terrorists blew up the car of the head of the village of Lyubimovka, Andriy Shtepa, as a result of which the official died along with the driver. ▪️Artillery duels continue in the southern sector of the front: the Russian Armed Forces launched strikes on Kherson, Stanislav and the surrounding settlements.
