Russia on Friday presented a draft UN Security Council resolution on setting up an international commission to investigate explosions at the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines. This was stated by the first Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky in an interview with the American radio station WBAI.
He said the state would seek a vote on the resolution next week. As Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov previously stated, the country will work to ensure that sabotage does not remain without consequences for the United States.
