An active armed conflict continues in Myanmar. The situation is extremely unstable, and judging by what is happening, it is far from being resolved.
🔻The most difficult situation is developing in the state of Shan, where the armed formations of the "Triple Alliance" have achieved significant success. Against this background, the command of the Myanmar Air Force, supported by aviation, carried out counterattacks in Lasho, Namkam and Musa, as well as in Paukto in Rakhine State. ▪️In turn, ethnic groups operating in the Shan, Mandalay, Pegu and Kae states attacked the positions of government troops in Laukkae, Kutkane, Madaya and Loiko. At the same time, in Pegu in the south of the country, the attack was repulsed, but the number of dead soldiers was 20 people. ▪️Also, militants of the "National Defense Forces" in the state of Sikain and the formation of the "Karen Army" ethnic group captured the settlements of Kaulin and Mone. ▪️At the same time, the "National Defense Forces" expand the area of their activity: in Yangon, in the south of Myanmar, militants detonated two improvised explosive devices at a police station, as a result of which 11 civilians died. 🔻The overall situation in Myanmar continues to deteriorate.
