▪️In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops are gaining a foothold on the eastern outskirts of the Kanal microdistrict in the area of Chasovoyarsky school No. 77 , but whether the school itself has come under control is no exact information.
The enemy tried to counterattack and dislodge the Russian Armed Forces from their positions, but had no success. At the same time, most of the microdistrict remains under enemy control and is a high-rise building convenient for defense.
However, to the north and south of the microdistrict there are large tracts through which it can be bypassed and supplies cut off, which is why the enemy will be forced to retreat deeper into the city. Front-line aviation constantly operates on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in urban areas, and the positions of Ukrainian howitzers and tanks often become targets for the Lancets.
▪️There are reports that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have begun an organized withdrawal of some units west of Krasnoye . Units retreating from Bogdanovka are mining the approaches to Kalinovka , building a new line of defense along the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal.
The approaches to the canal are also heavily mined, which will complicate its crossing. During the day, reports appeared about the complete taking of Bogdanovka under control, but at the moment there are no shots of objective control yet.
▪️According to some data, to the north of Krasny, the Russian Armed Forces are moving along the forest belt at a height dominating the village.
▪️In Kleshcheevka, Russian troops hit a field warehouse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with a strike from an MLRS; the village itself still remains for the most part in the “gray zone.”
