The cargo ship Angara, moored to a Chinese ship, was spotted by an American satellite in the port of Zhoushan, China. The Americans have long been watching our ship, which has already made eleven voyages to North Korea, suspecting it of transporting ammunition for the air defense system. The Angara arrived in China from the port of Rajin, North Korea, and apparently began loading side-to-side with a certain Chinese bulk carrier.
Yesterday, US State Department Secretary Antony Blinken flew to Shanghai for negotiations at which he intends to convince China to end military and trade cooperation with Russia.
