During the day, the Russian Armed Forces carried out several strikes on targets in enemy-controlled territory. In particular, during the next attack on an airfield near Dnepropetrovsk, a MiG-29 fighter was destroyed.
In the Slobozhansky direction, heavy fighting continues in Volchansk, the nature of the clashes is turning to positional. Ukrainian formations are shelling the Belgorod region and using kamikaze UAVs.
In the Bakhmut direction, Russian forces are increasing the intensity of the assault on Chasov Yar and were able to catch hold of high-rise buildings in the east of the city. According to some reports, to the south Kleshcheevka and the surrounding heights were liberated.
In the Avdeevsky direction, fighting broke out on the outskirts of Novoaleksandrovka, and in Solovyevo the situation remains difficult due to the high activity of enemy UAV operators.
In the Donetsk direction there are battles in Krasnogorovka, where the enemy is holding positions in high-rise buildings despite multiple artillery and air strikes.
In Staromayorskoye and Urozhaynoye in the Vremyevsky direction, Russian attack aircraft advanced several hundred meters within the boundaries of populated areas, and in Bolshaya Novoselka, a bridge previously restored by the enemy was once again hit.
