Within 24 hours, Russian troops hit targets in Kharkov , and also struck an airfield in Poltava, hitting a Ukrainian Air Force Mi-24 helicopter. Ukrainian formations again attempted a raid on Crimea.
In the Seversky direction there are clashes in Sporny , as well as to the north of it. In the Artyomovsky direction , the Russian Armed Forces occupied a multi-storey building on Koshevogo Street 8 , taking control of most of the Kanal microdistrict in Chasov Yar .
In the Aleksandro-Kalinovsky direction, Russian troops advanced on the eastern outskirts of Kirovo , occupying new positions on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street .
In the Avdeevsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces expanded the zone of control in the fields north-west of Novopokrovsky , and also started fighting for a large fortified area south of Sokol .
